What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a confidential, one-on-one psychotherapeutic process that offers a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, patterns, and life experiences. Therapy moves at your pace and is guided by your values, goals, and needs.
All individual therapy sessions are currently offered securely online, allowing you to access care from anywhere in Ontario.
As of April 2026, in-person individual therapy sessions will also be available in Barrie, Ontario.
